Trump supporter to be sentenced over threat to judge in Trump’s Jan. 6 case

A sentencing date has been set for a woman who pled guilty to threatening the judge in President Trump’s Jan. 6 criminal case. She’s one of the defendants still facing criminal charges despite the president’s decision to pardon Capitol rioters. CBS News Department of Justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
