Trump appears to blame Ukraine for Russia’s invasion, Zelenskyy responds

Following talks between the U.S. and Russia about ending the war in Ukraine, President Trump criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday and appeared to suggest Ukraine started the war.
