SEIU files legal actions to challenge exective order to return to office in California
SEIU Local 1000 filed an Unfair Practice Charge with the Public Employment Relations Board challenging Governor Newsom’s executive order requiring state workers to return to office four days a week, citing concerns over employee rights and productivity.
