Return of the library: Measure H funding allows Butte County branches to plan for future
In November 2024, the uncertain future was relieved when Butte County voters overwhelmingly said yes to Measure H, a one-cent sales tax county wide that is projected to provide a considerable boost to county finances, effectively filling in the growing holes in services.
