Residents shower support on Haven of Hope on Wheels
An overflow of passionate support jam packed the Oroville City Council Chambers on Tuesday for the Haven of Hope on Wheels shower trailer service, and its creator Kevin Thompson, CEO of the Oroville Southside Community Improvement Association.
