Pico Rivera teen dies after family says she was kidnapped and dropped off at hospital
A heartbroken family is mourning the death of their teenage daughter after they say she was kidnapped and later dropped off at a hospital. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the death of 15-year-old Mercedes Vasquez.
