Kathy Hochul ‘willing’ to consider ‘Raise the Age’ reforms as she takes victory lap on discovery tweaks
Hochul says the tweaks are meant to stop cases from being dismissed on technicalities based on the 2019 reforms then Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the state legislature implemented around how prosecutors share evidence with defense attorneys.
