Here’s how much Nuggets-Warriors Game 2 tickets are going for
The Golden State Warriors opened their 2022 playoff run with a resounding pounding of the Denver Nuggets on Saturday, drubbing the Nugs 107-123 at the Chase Center. Guard Jordan Poole sounded off for 30 points on 9 for 13 shooting in his playoff debut, while the Dubs’ defense held reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic to 25 points and 10 rebounds — a healthy stat line on a normal night, but one that didn’t get the job done with a weakened supporting cast.
The Warriors’ only real question coming into Game 2 is whether coach Steve Kerr will start former guard Stephen Curry over Poole. Curry came off the bench in Game 1 and looked rusty in his first action since injuring his foot on March 16, missing his first five shots of the game. It didn’t matter in the end, but if the Warriors want to add another trophy to their cabinet, they’ll need their former MVP to look like his old self.
