Good Samaritans help thwart attempted kidnapping along SF’s Embarcadero
Alyssa Zionc, who witnessed the incident on The Embarcadero last Friday, says the suspect was screaming obscenities about this baby, and things took a turn as she began attacking the 2-year-old and her grandmother, screaming “That’s not your baby, this is my baby! Don’t take her.”
