Butte College defends home turf against Santa Rosa to open NorCal Conference play

The Butte College football team entered Saturday’s game against Santa Rosa Junior College coming off its bye week, and after one quarter of play it appeared as if the Roadrunners had yet to return. After trailing 3-0 after one quarter and its defense battling tough, Butte went on to defeat Santa Rosa Junior College 24-10 Saturday at Cowan Stadium in Butte Valley to open NorCal Conference play.
