Possession Of Ammunition, Resisting Arrest – El Cerrito Del Norte Station

3/8/2018, 2350 hours Isaiah Montgomery (24, San Pablo) was arrested for being in possession of ammunition, resisting arrest and parole violation. 1803-0504 L19

Bike Theft – Dublin/Pleasant Station

3/8/18, 1749 hours The victim reported the theft of their black with red writing HyperShock 26” 10 speed bicycle while it was locked to the stations bike racks with 2 cable locks, between 0830 and 1745 hours. 1803-1750 L10

Unattended Death – MacArthur Station

3/8/18, 1501 hours Officers and medical personnel responded to the station regarding a person underneath a train. Subsequently, the person was located between two train cars and declared deceased. Alameda County Coroner’s personnel took custody of the decedent, whose death does not appear to involve foul play. 1803-0481 L10

Assault With A Deadly Weapon, False ID – Dublin/Pleasanton Station

3/8/18 1018 hours Jamil Roberts (39, Emeryville) was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, providing false identification, and was issued a BART prohibition order. 1803-0465 L12

Resisting Arrest – Concord Station

3/8/18 0945 hours Shamonte Williams (22, Richmond) was taken into custody for resisting arrest. 1803-0457 L12

    Its safe to say all the above who were arrested are now back out on tge streets and still riding Bart for free by jumping the gates like all criminals do. Bart should be renamed: Criminal Commuter.

    Yes, it is safe to say. Same bums for the most part. Lots of panhandling but no BART Police. Saw four officers board my train into work yesterday, They walk around and talk and don’t pay ant attention to activity. There are homeless in the elevators and beligerent transients in the stairwells late at night.
