Welfare Check/Warrant Arrest – Bay Fair Station

3/23/18, 2249 hours A female (Wynette TAYLOR, 41, Richmond) was arrested for an outstanding no-bail warrant for robbery, held by Richmond PD. Taylor was booked at Santa Rita Jail. 1803-1370 L18

Robbery – Embarcadero Station

3/23/18, 1358 hours The (female) victim reported that while aboard a Pittsburg/Bay Point train, at the station, a male juvenile shoved her and took her iPhone. The juvenile then fled from the train shortly before the train left the station. The victim remained on the train until arriving in downtown Oakland where the robbery was reported to an officer. 1803-1344 L10

Brandishing a Knife/Warrant Arrest – Colma Station

3/23/18, 1410 hours Delbert Hayes (22 years, San Francisco) was arrested for brandishing a knife at a BART employee; he was also found to have outstanding warrants for his arrest. Hayes was issued a BART prohibition order before being booked into the county jail for brandishing the weapon and the outstanding warrants. 1803-1342 L10

Stolen Bike – Concord Station

3/23/18, 1348 hours A Mongoose brand bicycle was stolen, while U-locked in the paid area of station, between 1400 hours on 3/20/18 and 1348 hours on 3/23/18. 1803-1346 L10

Warrant Arrest – Lake Merritt Station

3/23/18, 1146 hours Evangelin McNeal (23 years, San Francisco) was placed under arrest for outstanding narcotics and theft related warrants. She was then booked into the county jail. 1803-1338 L10

Resisting – MacArthur Station

3/23/18, 1100 hours Curtis Garner (38 years, Oakland) was arrested for resisting/obstructing police after committing fare evasion and running from uniformed police officers who were attempting to detain him. He was subsequently issued a citation for the infraction and booked into the county jail for resisting/obstructing police. 1803-1337 L10

Court Order Violation – Daly City Station

3/23/18 0808 Hours MORIKAWA, Yaiszu (49, Sacramento) was arrested for a court order violation and booked into jail. 1803-1335 L17
