Amber Swartz: Family still searching for missing 7-year-old East Bay girl 37 years later

Amber Swartz, who was last seen jumping rope in her Pinole front yard in 1988, would have turned 45 years old on Tuesday. For her birthday, her mom gathered with community members at what is now Amber Swartz Park.
