Northern California prepares for gusty winds and rain from new low-pressure system
A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the Greater Lake Tahoe Area from Tuesday evening through Thursday evening as heavy snow and strong winds are expected to cause travel difficulties and potential damage to trees and power lines.
