In 2002, Keelin Washington was 14 when she vanished. Her mom repeatedly contacted law enforcement to no avail. She would not see her daughter for 3½ years. Raised in Imperial Beach by her single mom, Keelin had two older brothers. She had no relationship with her dad, and her mom was a truck driver, working 60 hours a week to support the family.
