Letter: Governmental decisions can leave a bumpy path

Does anyone know the state Senators who voted for those horrid yellow bumps … the yellow bumps that rattle your grocery cart? Could it be the government’s idea for warning poorly sighted, mentally challenged shoppers that they have exited the store? Most in government are kind and considerate.
