Carranza’s goal lifts Chico High girls over Pleasant Valley in crosstown showdown
The victory pulled Chico ahead in the season series against its rival after the two teams previously played to a 1-1 draw in tournament play on Nov. 23. PV and Chico will square off again in the regular season finale at Panther Stadium on Feb. 7.
